How do I install JobAgentAI?
Visit the Chrome Web Store page and click "Add to Chrome." The extension will appear in your browser toolbar once installed.
Which job boards are supported?
LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, Dice, SimplyHired, Monster, CareerBuilder, and USAJobs — plus 9 ATS platforms including Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, and iCIMS.
How do I set my preferences?
Click the JobAgentAI icon in your browser toolbar to open the popup. From there you can configure pay, location, Glassdoor rating, ATS flags, security clearance, work authorization, keyword flags, and more.
What does the Analyze button do?
It reads the full job description on the current page and compares it against your saved preferences. You get a clear match or mismatch on every dimension, with reasoning.
Is my data shared with anyone?
We store your account, preferences, and usage data on our servers to sync across sessions. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
How do I hide a job or company?
Use the keyboard shortcuts Shift+J to hide a job, Shift+C to hide a company, or Shift+A to mark a job as applied. You can also use the buttons in the analysis panel.
Can I undo a hidden job or company?
Yes. Open the extension popup, go to your hidden lists, and remove any job or company you want to see again.
